1. Due to the age and lack of any updating probably since it was built this hotel is over priced as the rooms ar shabby.

3. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and I'm not sure if it was the detergent or the lack of washing-bed bugs? but I broke out in a rash and bites all over which led to me sleeping on top of the comforter for the remaining nights.
