1. it has old really dirty nasty dingy carpet, so disgusting that we chose to wear our shoes indoors, and just a regular toilet seat, and soap and shampoo dispensers.

2. The carpet is bordering on disgusting and the restrooms were old, broken, and the stuff that were fixed were done so with very poor workmanship (tiles falling off, tons of layers of paint, counter was loose, etc.

4. I politely asked for one evening's room compensation but was granted only about $100 - about half a night's rate, which I believe was unfair and added to our disgust as well.
