3. unfortunately we had to go out on the balcony and lean over to see the water, but I guess that's why it's a partial ocean view and not a full ocean view.

4. unfortunately and to my disappointment, the spa pool was out of action during our entire visit.

5. I couldnt say that housekeeping werent doing their job because they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom or kitchen everyday, unfortunately though no amount of scrubbing or vaccuming by housekeeping was going to make the place any cleaner, as mentioned earlier it needs new paint, new carpet, new curtains, new furniture.

6. Whilst the location of the hotel is fantastic and the staff are very nice (particularly Clare from housekeeping), unfortunately the hotel itself was a little disappointing.

7. We were not advised prior to our trip that some units were independently owned, and if you were unfortunate enough to have made your arrangements through an independant owner, you had no guest services.
