1. The apartment itself, was never cleaned properly, all they did was provide fresh towels and make the beds, we were there for 2 weeks and bed sheets were never changed, hallway carpet is full of stains.

2. Having booked this hotel back in January with the assurance that all rooms would be finished with the updating it was very dissapointing to find that ours was not, The tiles around the kitchen were broken and laying on the floor, carpet was very dirty, chairs were stained and there were holes in the couch, curtains were falling off the hooks.

7. The sofa had stains on it and was in desperate need of reupholstery, a noisy old air-conditioning unit in the lounge, only a ceiling fan in the small bedroom, cramped bathroom and overall felt grubby.

8. and we would have had to pay cash (Hmmm, could this be because our unit was independantly owned and we were getting the shaft??)Our garbage bags for the kitchen trash can were just small shopping bags, the carpet was old and stained, the drain didn't work properly, and the unit as a whole was completely outdated.
