1. The only minor problems I had were that the a/c unit was too loud to run and the hair dryer sounded like it was gonna break when I tried to use it.

8. Arrived early, and was met by a friendly desk clerk who didn't have a problem with early check-in and even put us in a room with a pretty decent view, especially at the price we were paying.

10. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, with info about the hotel and surrounding area, booking a shuttle to the airport, and getting a minor problem fixed the same morning I reported it (the tub was draining a bit slowly).
