I was told they were working on the hot water service the first time I enquired about it and I actually didn't mention it again until we checked out - the staff seemed surprised it had happened a few times? Having said that, my husband who showered at a different time to me each day had no hot water issues? I guess I was just unlucky as it seemed to be an intermittent problem? The staff were all very friendly and helpful both at reception and the tour desk.
