8. The bed in the hotel room were great especially when I came in expecting them to be hard and uncomfortable as most hotel bed are, but i was pleasantly surprised that they were pretty comfortable.

10. The shuttle driver refused to take us back from Waikele when we had already paid for a return trip and off loaded us to another shuttle service which had little or no air conditioning and the return trip was extremely uncomfortable as the shuttle had 12 people.
