1. I was so looking forward to this trip to Hawaii to celebrate my birthday, but now I'm beginning to think the travel agency made a big mistake in booking this hotel for me.

9. At first the maintenance man tried to argue that we couldn't prove that it was him but after another maintenance man joined us they agreed that they had made a mistake by not covering the car or having us called in the room to move it.
