1. Lighting is the room is awful - slow, harsh compact fluorescent bulbs (apparently not the good kind), poorly distributed around the perimeter (little ambient lighting) - (and ladies with makeup or guys who need to trim a beard - no close-up mirror in the bathroom).

3. We went to Atlanta last year and stayed at Hilton and it was awful so this year we tried Sheraton and they could not have been nicer.
