1. After talking to the manager about our unpleasant stay he said that he could not control who was in the room next to us, he promised to called back and resolve the situation (which never happened) and offered us no refund.

2. The front desk staff was friendly, and accommodated an early check-in for us, but when we got to our room, there was an unpleasant ordor, the beds felt hard and cheep, the carpet was torn away a couple of inches just inside the doorway and the room as a whole felt old and not well maintained.

3. While the rooms were clean, if spartan, the halls were dingy and the hotel fairly unpleasant and not much of a bargain.
