1. I went to the front desk and told them that my room was filthy and could they move me to another room , the new room seemed ok , so i showered and left stopping by the front desk and asking them to please leave clean towels , since i was going to be put all day .

The manager was trying to pass the blame to this website, until I asked if the description I should have read included the details that the air conditioning wiring and wire nuts would be exposed and hanging out into the room, the phone wiring would be exposed too, the wallpaper would be ripped, and the carpet and tub would be filthy to the point of being unsalvageable.
