3. Did not have any noise issues with neighbors and overall it was pretty quite and I would say by the looks of the parking lot in the evenings the place was about 80% full.

6. When we arrived, after a 5+ hour trip and a cranky 2 year old, the hotel computers were down and we were told despite having reservations we would have to wait (it turned out to be over 1 hr) for them to reboot so they could issue a key.
