5. The front desk staff was friendly, and accommodated an early check-in for us, but when we got to our room, there was an unpleasant ordor, the beds felt hard and cheep, the carpet was torn away a couple of inches just inside the doorway and the room as a whole felt old and not well maintained.

The staff was generally clueless -- one spent most of his time hitting a computer keyboard as hard as he could, complaining about the keys not working and had no idea how to get to the Frank Lloyd Wright house (though the advertisement for the hotel lists it as 'nearby' -- it turns out it is on the other side of town).

10. First of all the beds were rock hard we were suppose to stay 5 night as left early and tired to a different hotel.
