2. It's about 2 miles from downtown and they offer a free shuttle service there and back, but unfortunately there is not much to do right around the hotel.

4. unfortunately we moved shortly afterwards so I never was able to take the time to complain to the hotel, but I have the photos (including from my doctoral graduation ceremony - my face is twice its normal size.
