5. The only downsides were loud noise by the pool Friday night at around 9:30pm that lasted about 15 minutes, shouts coming from the neighboring room and hallway noise (on one night out of two).

9. Never did they apologize, and did I forget to mentiont hat the old rickety a/c system was so loud that we had to turn it off at night so that we could sleep, remind you this is Phoenix, AZ super hot and we chose to sleep in the heat rather than stay up all night fromt he loud rickety a/c vent.
