1. For the rate that I paid, no complaints (definitely much much nicer than anything I would have received at the rate I paid) but hotel is certainly below Sheraton standards.

4. when I contacted the general manager Bryan Seeley he told me there was nothing he could do about it & refused to give me any information to the corporate headquarters to file a customer complaint.

7. Lots of apologies when complaints were brought to the attention of the front desk but this hotel needs alot of tender love and care and a bit more attention to the guests comfort and needs.
