3. Bed bugs are a serious problem in the travel industry as a whole and are found in airplanes, taxis and even public movie theatres.

7. We called the front desk and was told an engineer would come to fix the problems, but after waiting over 30 minutes in the freezing room no one arrived.

10. How do you remember face towels, bath mats and forget towels?Fourth problem: We EARLY for the airport shuttle only to be told that a flight crew had priority over us and that we would have to take the next van, which would result in a much closer check in time than I wanted.
