1. Also, the WiFi connection was poor and these days I am used to free WiFi at most better hotels (including Hampton Inns, a sister Hilton hotel).

4. Considering it a 4 or 5 star hotel, I was not impressed with the rooms; linen did not fit bed, pillows were of poor quality.

5. Additonally, you should have a car if you plan to stay there as the taxi services in Phoenix are pretty poor (long waiting time).
