1. The sitting area smells like urine and the upstairs snack area was extremely hot.

When we got to our room it had smelled of smoke which we requested a non smoking room, there was a blood stain on the bed blanket, the bathroom had mold in the shower area, the bathroom was dirty and there must have been a plumbing problem because the toliet kept backing up on us and the next morning when we took showers, the 2nd person to take a shower had to stand in water.

8. some concernsThe second floor hallways smell like smoke even in the non smoking area, this did not translate to the room but i expect a hotel of this quality and reputation to be able to filter their air better especially one that prometes its self as family friendlyThey made a big deal about kids eating free at the dinner buffet when i booked the room.
