2. THEN, she came through and started telling people they were not allowed to sit on their balconies? ARE YOU SERIOUS? I paid GOOD $$$$$ to stay here and now I am being dictated to were I can go in the hotel and I can't sit on my balcony? Not only was this ridiculous but the woman was rude, overbearing, and needed an attitude adjustment.

3. The other issue that I had was in the Cafe, not only were they very slow, but we had people sitting behind us who were very rude and kept spitting beer through a straw onto everything, the kids were almost done eating when I finally got my food, then had a beer shower, thanks to the annoying guest in the next booth.
