1. Kids eat for free but this is only because the adults meals are so expensive you wont want to eat at the hotel.

2. The only drawback that I found was the hotel sports bar was very expensive and service was terrible, but right across the street was a Texas Roadhouse and Cracker Barrel and within blocks almost any restaurant you can name.
