The other issue that I had was in the Cafe, not only were they very slow, but we had people sitting behind us who were very rude and kept spitting beer through a straw onto everything, the kids were almost done eating when I finally got my food, then had a beer shower, thanks to the annoying guest in the next booth.

2. Our room was near the 'C' entrance and the elevator there was extremly slow and made several noises we normally don't hear on an elevator.
