Why would they send us a confirmation and then tell us the exact opposite when we got there? Also was not happy that the tub drain was extremely

and by the time my five minute shower was done, I was standing in a couple of inches of water.

To leave my room on the third floor, I was going to leave via stairs like I normally do instead of waiting for one of the 6
