3. Lobby lacked elegance or intimacy and I would suggest staying at the 14 West Boutique hotel if you have an event at the Convention Center.

10. The parking garage is too pricey for the small amount of cars it can hold as well as the lack of knowledge on the parking garage employees to know that full means full no spaces.
