1. Stayed here 5 years ago and was not impressed, it was tired, service was not the best, they even lost my car keys (thankfully I had a second set) and blamed it on the contracted services and therefore wouldn't help me, or make an offer for my inconvenience.

6. Also, the idea of charging for internet access in the room while providing it free in the lobby might make sense if only business travelers who can charge these expenses to their business stay there, but it is extremely inconvenient for the leisure traveler.
