1. Areas for improvement: Could use more signs, or a map - it's hard to find your way back to your car in the parking lot.

3. The staff worked so hard to makeeverything ran smoothly for our meeting, adding last minute electrical lines, hunting downmissing packages for our exhibitors, etc.

4. * Toilets are hard to flush and operate like a crush ship - very loud and forceful* Thermostat does not allow for 'on' feature, meaning no white noise* Parking is quite expensive and hard to maneuverBut all in all, the pros definitely outweigh the bad, and I would stay there again anytime.
