1. Experienced some very noisy patrons in the room next door, but a call to the front desk/Security Personnel resolved the issue.

They also once had an issue with the card key machine and it took more than 10 minutes to page someone to let me into my room (when the guy finally showed up, he just joked in Spanish with the rest of the staff and didn't even apologize) - not that pleasant at 10pm after a long day of work/traveling.

5. The only slightly frustrating issue we had was getting directions from the front desk clerk the morning we checked out.

6. Maintenance fixed it, but you can tell that this property, despite having been upgraded not too long ago, is not well maintained (again, a management issue).

8. The big issue that was fixed came as a surprise halfway through our stay on Sunday, March 6, at 4:40PM.

9. We had maintenance issues in 218 which we did have resolved before we checked out.
