1. Every sound in the hall and the adjacent rooms could be heard in our room making it hard to sleep.

2. The room reeked of mold and was hard to breathe in it, the rugs were filthy, the curtains didn't close letting in light all night and they charged $20 to park your car in a tiny parking lot that was difficult to park in.

3. I could not figure it out BUT my partner did; so here is the secret to the window shades: Decorator curtains DO NOT move, so do not pull (I tried), then behind these they have the sliding SHEER curtains that do not block light, THEN BEHIND SHEERS tucked away in the back and hard for ME (and I am sure others) to find BEHOLD are the sun blocking sliding shades.

7. The entrance to the cathedral is free, but there was a person standing right there and strongly suggesting a $5 donation - we dropped $10, as it would be hard to ignore the request (at least for me).

8. The room was an absolute joy and quiet with the bustling of traffic below you can hardly notice if their were any traffic at all; not too big and not too small.
