1. The room reeked of mold and was hard to breathe in it, the rugs were filthy, the curtains didn't close letting in light all night and they charged $20 to park your car in a tiny parking lot that was difficult to park in.

3. Using the Metro is the only way to visit DC, having a car is expensive, difficult, slow and unnecessary.
