4. I was so disturbed and kind of embarrassed that I didn't mention it while we were there but I did attempt to email the manager about the problem and also mentioned it in the follow up survey I received in my email.

5. My sister & I stayed here for my cousins wedding and the overall stay was good but there were a few 'problems'.

9. Clearly each of these concerns is minor and could be easily resolved, but chain hotels should not have these kinds of problems and certainly not several of them.
