1. Our room was to the rear of the hotel, which doesn't provide much of a view and unfortunately you can hear the large air conditioning units at the rear of the hotel, which did disturb my sleep a little.

2. I was so disturbed and kind of embarrassed that I didn't mention it while we were there but I did attempt to email the manager about the problem and also mentioned it in the follow up survey I received in my email.

3. House keeping called us both days we were there to say that since we had a 'do not disturb' signout they weren`t going to clean our room.
