5. The crazy thing is that I usually stay at Hilton brand hotels when I travel at work (and am a Gold member, though none of this matters when booking through priceline) - in most of my encounters, I haven't seen service this poor.

6. (+)+ $60 off of priceline+ tasty cookies+ friendly staff(-)- poor service- a bit of a distance from the metro- less than thorough I didn't expect much (I mean, we did get the rooms for $60/night), but common courtesy and a clean room would not be, I think, too much.

7. By this time, my husband just wanted to fight for this not because of getting a free breakfast but just for the principle of the matter: I mean really, how poor is your customer service if you won`t admit to your mistakes and risk losing a customer because you refuse to give them a few measly breakfast vouchers? Anyhow, this definitely put a negative note on our entire experience at this hotel.
"Hotel is nice, but service is HORRIBLE " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/25/2008 Vote
8. The service at the hotel is also very poor.
"Don`t Stay Here " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/23/2005 Vote
9. Lighting was so poor that I had significant difficulty applying make-up despite a full sized mirror in the hall and large over vanity mirror in the bath.
"Would stay here again, but would bring a lighted mirror " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/21/2005 Vote
10. My only real complaints have to do with room service and poor lighting.
