The bed was ridiculously comfortable - one of the best hotel beds I have slept in, but then we are generally backpackers and might not be used to such novelties as comforters :) We decided to order room service breakfast one day, which neither of us had ever done before in our entire lives, but hey, it was a special occasion.

2. Hotel was ridiculously hot and in room air con did not work properly and was too loud to useVery small and poorly laid out roomIn general I much prefer to leave good reviews but was so disappointed by our stay here that I couldn't find enough good to give more than 2 stars.

3. From our arrival (Malek on doors), to checking in (our super terrific Joseph) our Sunday morning breakfast hostess and all the other wonderful servers and staff - this place was gracious, met all of our ridiculous requests and only showed us the utmost hospitality and friendliness - the kind you could only hope for.

4. Staff not pleasant - Room was ridiculously small and claustrophobic (and I am not) It was dank, old and completely a terrible place to be.
