2. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you can look past the noise, but then again that could be a problem anywhere in a downtown setting.

4. One small 'minus' is the neighborhood: some extensive rehabbing/construction going on, some weekend party noise ouside my window, and things gets a little dicey as you head north.
