ting, I asked that once this third party realized that my reservation should have never been cancelled, would they have a room for me to which the staff member simply replied 'no.

He asked for my booking confirmation number, which I provided him and he continued putting me on hold on and off for at least 15 minutes before telling me to call another number which was a third party in order to
dispute
