1. Walked to all the major attractions in DC without a problem.

2. Management however not good don't seem to have much confidence in the staff which was great kind and friendly I came to the desk to ask a general question I said I have a problem he immediately said which one was it the big one or the little one wow really sir.

3. I found the service to be very good (only problem is getting a cab at certain times of the day), and facilities are well renovated and do provide that boutique feel.

6. First of all there seems to be lots of staff at the front desk but not a lot of concern over problems or issues at the hotel itself.

7. When we checked out and mentioned the poor soundproofing there was no interest from the staff in understanding the problem or wishing to avoid other people having the same experience.
