1. It was difficult to fall asleep, as we could hear people talking and laughing in the halls until late at night, and we woke early to the sounds of a family and their unhappy (or so I guess, since he/she was screaming) young child.

3. Simple request, such as' may I have my car brought out of valet', or, 'may I have more towels sent to my room' seem to difficult for the staff here to grasp.

4. As I explained earlier, the hotel's location is good though a Metro (subway) station is about a 10-minute walk, which isn't too fun in the winter time considering all the recent snow has made it difficult to navigate sidewalks in some places.

5. The Renaissance M Street Hotel is located within walking distance of Dupont Circle and Georgetown -- though getting there by car is a bit difficult and parking is horribly expensive.
