5. negatives: -- Air conditioning unit is one of the 'through the wall' type that they have tried to cover up with wood work but ours was very loud and kept us awake at night -- Parking is expensive ~30$ per night and the garages right near the hotel mostly do not take overnight cars - so alternative parking is far away -- Breakfast food is so so - but see my tips below to resolve that (just go outside the hotel.
