The complimentary breakfast (on the weekend) is served in a tiny little room off the 1F hallway, with no tables or chair or places to sit and eat - you have to take the food to your room (which has an excellent kitchen, etc), yet they don`t provide trays to carry the food, which I thought very inconvenient.

7. If you are looking for a full service property this is not the place for you as there is just a tiny lobby area, a small staff, with no health club or restaurant facilities on site.
