3. It took over an hour and a half to bring the food, after the order was placed and they called up to confirm (and not a hard order as all three of us got the same breakfast).

6. The kitchen had a new fridge and a stove, oven and microwave and dishwasher but there were hardly any utensils/plates and no bowls or 'extras' to make it easy to cook anything if you wanted to.
