1. This hotel is totally unimpressive from the outside, but the rooms are nice, as is the lobby.

The facility itself was quite nice but the service was weak:1) room service food was very average2) we couldn't check in until 5 PM (it was supposed to be 3PM) and they didn't do much to help out3) we were supposed to get coupons for breakfast and they never gave them to usVery unimpressive service overall.
