1. I was recovering from a broken arm and while there was a wheelchair lift to get to my room (i did not use), i had not been warned about it and had i been unable to maneuver my luggage up the steps I'd have been annoyed.

2. We ate in the Restaurant one night, Food was nice,nothing great, just nice, the waiter was a bit much over every 2 min hanging around our table,he was starting to annoy me at one stage.
