1. Restaurant downstair definitely needs some upgrade in terms of decoration/interior design (they look very old, tired and uninspired) and food quality (pretty bad.

7. The location of the hotel was good, its away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown and it was only about a 10 minute walk to the Foggy Bottom metro station which wasnt bad at all.

10. Maybe because I was paying a negotiated group rate?? I don't know for sure, but the floor I stayed on needed to be refurbished badly.
