2. It's sad to read review that during MS WPC'10 there was stolen some laptops from other rooms but my stay (7 nights) was pleasant.

3. There is a fire station nearby, but (sadly) anyone who lives in the city won't even notice the sirens, but I can see it being bothersome to those from small towns or quiet suburbs.
