I don't know what his position or duties were, but I know he was there working
hard
first thing in the morning when I was having my coffee, and he was still there doing a million things when I was up at 3am checking my email.

lesson learned that day and ordered breakfast for the next day from the night before, the room service attendant insisted that I fill out the breakfast card and leave on the door handle.
