1. PS: I did not complain during our stay because I quite frankly could not know if I would have got a worse room and the as the hotel was prepaid I had not much choise.

2. I had a corner room, which blocked out some of the noise my fellow convention attendees complained about -- includng hearing people in the room next door and conversations in the corridor.

8. The hotel policy was to change bedding after the 3rd night - this did not happen and in addition our towels ect were removed on the 3rd day but not replaced - we had to complain to the front desk.

9. Upon complaining to the concierege we were told `sorry`, someone would let housekeeping know but according to the daytime concierege it wasn`t her job to notify anyone who would be able to rectify the situation.

10. This place is not bad, for about $100 on Expedia during the high tourist season, I couldn`t complain.
