2. Sometimes I'd get a sandwich at Potbellies, or snack from the Station to avoid the long lines and high food prices at the museum restaurants.

3. If you need to eat lunch or dinner and want to avoid the hotel restaurant (which is just average) I recommend the Capitol City Brewery which is about 1 1/2 blocks down, close to the Union Station.

4. Despite saying previously that it is in a safe area I avoided walking home on E Street when returning from downtown in the evening.

7. Beware all rooms do not have a view of the capitol and I would definitely avoid the high cost of the room service.
