2. 00am from garbage carts in the yard below- an overcrowded, undersized breakfast room serving continental breakfast- hard bed, uncomfortable pillow, in contrast to other two hotels used on this trip The location of Washington Suites Georgetown is good, just 10 minutes walk from Georgetown and 5 minutes from Foggy Bottom metro station.
