1. The only problem I faced though were the repair works.

The room that was offered to us (quite reluctantly I must say, the staff seemed preoccupied with something about the rooms and how full the hotel was and didn't seem that interested in our problem much at all -- getting a new room took about and hour and a half) the next room offered to us had a very strange layout.
