1. I still would recommend staying here, but the new owners still have some organization and presentation issues that need ironing out.

2. The reception staff is friendly and helpful and ready to help however do not expect to see many hotel support staff as it seems there's only a receptionist, a guy that probably helps on security issues and combines bell boy functions and that's about it.

3. Only issue that made me unhappy was that: on the day of our check out, I put our luggages in the luggage room, and went out to spend the rest of the time before going to the airport.
